  APS GOES TO THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL

 Saturday, July 21, 2001 Dinner and Concert

 

 

APS has reserved a limited number of tickets for this wonderful concert. The evening will begin with a dinner buffet in the private patio area, followed by a concert celebrating all things British, featuring the delightful “Voice of an Angel” Charlotte Church and the Hollywood Bowl orchestra conducted by John Mauceri. The dinner is catered by Patina and includes a full hot meal of roasted chicken, salad, dessert, tea and coffee. We cannot bring alcoholic drinks for the buffet, however, if you wish you may bring them for later on during the concert.

 

The price includes concert and dinner $50.00 per person for members and $55.00 for non-members.

 

We will meet at the Cahuenga West parking lot at 6:00pm to take the Shuttle bus to the Bowl. Round-trip tickets are $3.00 per person and they will drop us off at the top of the entrance. Dinner will be at 6:30pm and we have reservations for the private patio dining area on the second floor of the museum. Hollywood Bowl prefers that we arrive together for dinner, therefore, it would be advisable to take the bus together from the parking lot.

 

We have a deadline of June 30, 2001, set by the Hollywood Bowl, therefore, we are offering this special event early and seating will be on a first come basis.
